If you’re passionate about connecting businesses with top-notch TV and digital advertising solutions (from traditional TV to programmatic TV), this role’s for you! Your mission: keep clients happy, hit those sales goals, and stay ahead of the game in the world of multimedia advertising.

What You'll Be Doing:
<li>Juggling Budgets & Building Relationships: You'll manage multiple budgets for both traditional and digital media solutions.
<li>Upselling Like a Pro: Keep our current clients coming back for more while bringing new business through the door.
<li>Be a Marketing Matchmaker: Help clients align their marketing budgets with our cross-platform solutions, boosting our share of both video and digital ads.
<li>Get Creative: Develop multimedia ad campaigns that wow clients and show measurable results.
<li>Stay on Top of Things: Review your account list weekly, track your sales pipeline, and keep an eye on digital metrics with your manager.
<li>Be a Networking Ninja: Build connections within your local community and beyond to highlight Viamedia’s awesome digital solutions.
<li>Never Stop Learning: Participate in all our cool sales training programs and keep growing.
<li>Shine Bright: Maintain a positive, professional attitude that reflects the best of Viamedia.

What We’re Looking For:
<li>Bachelor’s degree is great, but if you have at least 5 years of digital sales experience, we want to talk!
<li>1-3 years of experience in media sales (cable, broadcast, etc.).
<li>A digital sales and marketing whiz with experience in multi-screen, social, and search campaigns.
<li>Skilled in identifying synergies between traditional and digital sales for big wins.
<li>Detail-oriented, organized, and a multitasking pro!
<li>Excellent communication skills—whether over the phone, in-person, or through a well-crafted email.
<li>A valid driver’s license and state-minimum car insurance.
