Market/Sales Manager

Global One Media is looking for a Market Manager and Sales leader for our broadcast Radio Group as well as developing CTV/OTT and Billboard Advertising. We have a cluster of radio stations and a digital media operation in Northeast Nevada, looking for the right leader. Broadcast is our base, and we want that to grow locally. If you understand the evolution and integration of broadcast to digital and streaming... all the better. Elko Nevada is 3 hours from Salt Lake City, 4 hours from Reno and 2.5 hours from Twin Falls.

We are looking for a real sales-hunter to grow the local sales department and revenue. A great opportunity for an ambitious leader. Casinos, shops and restaurants. We are looking for someone seasoned in building relationships and growing a local client list, as well as managing salespeople locally. Ready to commit to this excellent town and its communities. Create and implement local direct sales plans with an emphasis on customer focused consultative selling including radio campaigns, digital marketing, NTR events and sponsorship of station events, CTV and OTT advertising. We are looking for a leader to consistently meet or exceed sales goals, as well as develop and grow business relationships with key local companies, focusing on branding and long-term partnerships, while having a perspective on multi-market and regional/national integration.

Ideal candidates should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of broadcast managerial sales experience with a proven local direct and digital sales track record.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in prospecting, market plan creation, presenting and closing.
  • A working knowledge of digital and radio marketing products.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint capabilities. Radio ratings interpretation skills.
  • An entrepreneurial self-starter spirit committed to their own professional growth as well as their team’s growth.
