Byrne Media, Myrtle Beach SC (TALK 94.5 FM & EASY 105.9/100.7 FM & Byrne Digital) has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Market Manager to join & lead our forward-thinking team.

The successful candidate must be a strong leader skilled in Revenue & Profit Growth, Sales Strategy, Digital Media, Radio Content, Marketing Strategy, Leading Innovation and Talent Development.

Candidate should be a proven leader focused on developing and implementing strategies to create high-quality, local multi-platform content.

The chosen candidate will be a creative and collaborative leader. Someone who can bring new ideas to the table and improve on existing concepts and methods.

Responsibilities

  • Lead from the front and by example.
  • Oversee all station departments including content, sales, promotions, engineering, & production.
  • Strategically develop a roadmap for the stations and the staff to take advantage of all opportunities that the market provides.
  • Consistently achieve revenue and operational goals set forth by Byrne Media while also maintaining company culture.
  • Set budgets and performance expectations with the staff.
  • Develop and lead an engaging and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Identify, recruit, and retain talented new staff members.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to employees to maximize their performance and accelerate their professional growth
