    Job Summary: The Creative Director will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating Metronet’s advertising campaigns including printed, video and digital assets, customer education and communication materials, and a host of other assets to support our brand and drive company growth. Armed with creativity and strategy, the ideal candidate will ensure deliverables effectively address marketing goals and challenges.

    What you will be doing:

  • Direct the creative function so that the environment, culture, team, capabilities, tools, processes, expectations, work style and other elements support the creative and strategic goals of the company
  • Direct and manage the brand strategy, content strategy and visual experience
  • Conceptualize and create all customer advertising campaigns to be used throughout various media types including direct mail, digital advertisements (display, social media, CTV, etc.), television, and radio alongside supporting campaign assets including sales flyers, website landing pages, local print publication ads, and emails
  • Work with various internal departments to create and implement tailored marketing assets based on individual requirements Instill a passion for collaboration, teamwork, and inspiration throughout the department.
  • Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing and creative techniques
  • Partner closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Sales) to gather quantitative and qualitative campaign feedback and results to improve campaign performance
  • Create a project intake process and assess priorities and departmental resource requirements to manage the department’s work requests and workflow.
  • Review and provide feedback to the internal/external creative team to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with project specifications and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to conduct cross-departmental project meetings to the scope and prioritize projects/work requests as well as negotiate due dates and budgets

    What You Need For This Position:

  • 6+ years of experience creating marketing/advertising campaigns from developing vision and the message to overseeing creative production in an agency or corporate setting
  • Prior project management experience, with a focus on creative direction
  • Highly skilled at creating integrated content across all marketing channels from print, digital, social media, paid media, mobile, etc.
  • Experience in leading a team of creative talent
  • Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
  • Experience with a variety of design software, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.
