    Job Summary: The Marketing Manager – Customer Acquisition focuses on acquiring new customers and building awareness by developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns. The Marketing Manager will have a deep understanding of brand positioning and messaging strategies to drive customer acquisition through advertising campaigns and various traditional and digital media strategies. The Marketing Manager is also responsible for tracking advertising performance across all channels to ensure tactics are increasing leads, new sales, and revenue.

    What you will be doing:

  • Define, execute, and manage all multi-channel campaigns including direct mail, digital search and display, retargeting, social, and other media to increase brand awareness and drive leads
  • Work with creative operations to produce high-quality and engaging advertising campaigns for use across all media channels and sales collateral
  • Develop lead generation campaign objectives, goals, metrics, and define best practices, standards and processes to drive successful customer acquisition
  • Maintain calendar of all lead generation campaigns/programs, tactics, budgets, and metrics to optimize awareness and lead generation efforts
  • Manage the overall performance and effectiveness of marketing strategies including digital adverting, direct mail, and other media
  • Track and report on advertising performance metrics, using the data to continually optimize campaign performance
  • Explore and introduce new approaches, programs, and channels to improve marketing campaign performance
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to define customer segments and journeys and institute test-and-learn methodologies to achieve desired results
  • Work collaboratively with product, sales, and customer support teams to effectively market-specific products, price points, and promotions
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with internal teams and external vendors, including the creative team, ad agencies, and freelance designers

    What You Need For This Position:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of marketing experience required
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns with a proven ability to deliver consistently strong, measurable results
  • Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects and vendors, meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail
  • Must be self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and changing needs and priorities
  • Excellent communication skills – strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
