    Job Summary: The Regional Vice President (RVP) will create and execute growth strategies in the Southern Region. Through exceptional leadership, the RVP will be responsible for associate hiring, development, and execution within the following states: KY, OH, NC, FL, TX, and VA. The RVP is accountable for overall sales results in the Southern Region including the oversight of the following activities within each community served: community management, community development, community engagement, and community coordination cross-departmentally.

    What you will be doing:

  • Will oversee Market Managers and their respective teams within the Southern Region.
  • Will travel overnight as needed to ensure success in these states.
  • Work with local government, continue to build solid relationships.
  • Assist with obtaining permits for construction and any other issues that arise from construction efforts.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company in the region.
  • Coordinate with other company departments.
  • Work with Direct Sales and Corporate Marketing to develop plans by evaluating market conditions and opportunities.
  • Evaluate region performance by reviewing sales results; recommend sales strategies and objectives for performance improvements in local markets.
  • Develop new business programs to meet revenue goals.
  • Prioritize growth capital expenditures to align with the sales and marketing strategy for the region.
  • Identify areas of improvements and concerns and develop action plans.
  • Develops new markets, increases market share, and achieves competitive position in the industry.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition and aligns work with Corporate Marketing strategy.
  • Accomplishes sales objectives, unit growth, and gets results.
  • Work with Marketing and Sales to ensure maximum customer growth, retention, and service.
  • Builds company image while collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and associates; enforcing ethical business practices.
  • Assists in directing sales channel to maximize efficiency in the market.
  • Create an excellent work environment for employees as well as customer and community goodwill.

    What You Need For This Position:

  • 15 years of industry experience: prior sales & marketing or management experience in the telecommunication industry preferred
  • Managed field-based, remote, teams with territory management preferred
  • Solid understanding of budgets and the ability to apply knowledge of concepts to forecasting growth and executing sales plans
  • Ability to work with local governments and represent the company at any meetings
  • Must possess strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and strong work ethic
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written skills and ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and outside the organization
  • Customer service oriented with a passion for great customer experience, willing to achieve operational excellence
  • Ability to analyze and define problems, prioritize work flow, meet deadlines and remain flexible
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Willingness to make decisions, exhibits sound and accurate judgment, supports and explains reasoning for decisions, includes appropriate people in decision-making process and makes timely decisions.
  • Must have a valid driver license
