Sucessful candidate will: <li>Identify key client, industry, vertical, and agency relationships that will optimize the brand and revenue <li>Creatively develop programs that sales personnel can present and sell to mobile and digital media advertisers. <li>Set agenda for digital sales growth, maintain business plans and execute to bring plans to fruition <li>Will act as liaison with other resources/departments to optimize opportunities. This individual will be responsible for mentoring, training, and improving the work process and efficacy of sales personnel. The position requires a minimum of 5-7 years of experience working in digital media sales, 2-4 years of Mobile advertising sales experience, and 3-5 years of Sales management experience. A solid understanding of account planning/strategic planning in an advertising agency or digital media property is necessary. Must have strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software is necessary. The successful candidate must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
