This individual will be responsible for mentoring, training, and improving the work process and efficacy of sales personnel.
The position requires a minimum of 5-7 years of experience working in digital media sales, 2-4 years of Mobile advertising sales experience, and 3-5 years of Sales management experience.
A solid understanding of account planning/strategic planning in an advertising agency or digital media property is necessary. Must have strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software is necessary.
The successful candidate must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record. A Bachelor’s degree and a pre-employment drug screening are required.
