Your primary focus will be to achieve annual paid subscription growth goals for the weekly print and digital Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal. Additionally you will be responsible for audience development of our web products and cross-marketing between print and web audiences and will forge partnerships with local business organizations to generate new readers. You will manage one full-time coordinator and one full-time sales account executive.
We’re seeking a creative sales and marketing professional with a strong entrepreneurial bent who will own this job and its goals. You need to have a strong attention to detail, manage with metrics and have excellent critical thinking skills coupled with marketing savvy and selling ability. This position reports to the publisher of the Business Journal.
