We are seeking a Local Sales Manager who aligns with these core values to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in broadcast, digital, and event marketing. The ideal candidate must be a strong team player who brings high energy, is organized, and has a positive attitude.

Responsibilities
<li>This individual will oversee the day-to-day sales operations of our Account Executives, including new business & digital. 
<li>Assist the General Sales Manager in setting rates and managing inventory. 
<lI>Must be customer-oriented with a strong focus on building and maintaining key client and prospect relationships. 
<li>Keep a high-profile presence in the San Antonio advertising community and maintain constant awareness of the competitive environment.

Qualifications
<li>Minimum 3+ years of television sales management experience and College degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
<li>Ability to oversee multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
<li>Demonstrated success in cross-platform, solution-based selling.
<li>Strong Digital knowledge on O&O, OTT/CTV/VOD, and 3rd Party selling.
<li>Proven ability to lead and motivate staff towards fullest potential, maximizing revenue performance.
<li>Knowledge of Television Research Tools, Wide Orbit, and Salesforce is preferred.
<li>Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives.
<li>Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
<li>Strong analytical skills to gauge team performance
<li>Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
