Person needed to assist Sales and Traffic departments (Part Time). In Sales the successful candidate will be responsible for client communications for “make-goods” and order entry. In Traffic, the Assistant will responsible for assisting the Traffic Supervisor in producing daily logs. Position to include various administrative duties as needed.
TV or Radio traffic and/or sales experience is preferred but not required. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment and meet deadlines. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office required; experience with Wide Orbit traffic software a plus but not required. College degree preferred. Must have excellent communication and oral skills, as well as a professional appearance.
