Position Announcement #119013 – Vice President, CSG and Station Initiatives

CPB is currently seeking to hire a Vice President, CSG and Station Initiatives (Level 99). Salary $120,000 – $140,000. This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President, System Development and Media Strategy.
Plays a primary role in maintaining effective relationships with public television and radio stations. In conjunction with the VP, Media Strategy Operations, the Vice President, CSG and Station Initiatives oversees the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at improving stations’ ability to provide strong public service to their communities. Further, it oversees the development and implementation of policy for the Community Service Grant (CSG) program and oversees the operations of the Office of Grants Administration.
In consultation with the offices of the Inspector General and General Council develops final determinations on station CSG audits based on the Inspector General’s findings and recommendations.
Works closely with Media Strategy and Radio to encourage greater efficiencies, effectiveness and collaboration throughout the public broadcasting system.
