Radio Account Executive at Griffin Radio helps drive the “Ideal Team Player” culture. As a Radio Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling and executing marketing solutions to existing advertisers and agencies, utilizing our 5 radio stations, digital online and digital billboards. Generate new revenue through prospecting and securing new advertisers regularly. Execute plans and strategies set forth by sales management. Maintain awareness of the competition. Maintain visibility in the community.
Able to interact and influence others in a positive manner while working in a fast-paced environment. Capable of working in teams as well as individually. Possess inner drive, tenacity, and a self-starting initiative with sense of urgency. Problem Solver - able to understand client problems and work toward solutions. Strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communications skills. Detail-oriented. Computer skills: proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising or related field preferred. Prior experience will be evaluated by management on the basis of two years experience is equal to one year of college. Prior experience in sales or marketing related field preferred.
This is a Full-time position, generally Monday thru Friday, must be flexible to schedule changes.
