Digital Sales and Marketing Consultant Ė Location: Needham, MA / Market: Boston

As the Digital Sales and Marketing Consultant you will be responsible for driving Hispanic media sales from key agencies, brands and direct clients across the Boston region by selling effective digital advertising solutions utilizing desktop, mobile, video and programmatic channels. You will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, pitching, developing and closing new business opportunities.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting is a must element of this position; it requires identifying and qualifying new clients for our digital services.
  • Execute and manage an existing client base.
  • Proven track record generating advertising revenue by consistently meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Develop new business and manage the sales cycle from start to finish. Maintain an active schedule of face-to-face appointments and prospecting calls.
  • Aid in set up and execution of existing campaigns in coordination with client services, operations teams and finance teams.

    Ideal candidates have experience in the following:

  • Knowledge of demand-side solutions landscape including DSP, DMP, programmatic
  • Experience in selling both Brand and Performance campaigns across Display, Video and Mobile
  • Proven ability to build sales strategies and drive sales pipeline to closures and consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Strong pipeline management and use of Salesforce CRM.
  • Ability to analyze and articulate data into a sales proposition
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both in person and over the phone
