About WBRC:

WBRC FOX6 News, the dominant, #1 ranked Gray-owned station in beautiful Birmingham, Alabama (Market 43) is seeking a results-oriented Digital Sales Manager (DSM).

Job Summary:

The Digital Sales Manager will lead the station's efforts in the development of new and incremental digital business; reduce digital churn; oversee the station's (2) digital sales specialists while coaching, training, mentoring and leading a top-notch group of local Account Executives.

General Responsibilities:

This is not a desk job our next DSM will hit the streets daily alongside our AEs to develop deep and mutually beneficial relationships with current and future clients. The DSM will work in concert with our GSM and LSM to provide a unified approach to client solutions, that include digital assets. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a consistent and successful track record of leadership in delivering strong sales results (i.e. hitting budgets!).


The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years digital sales management experience with a digital or broadcast company.
