General Sales Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic sales leader with a proven track record of impressive results who has the talent and desire to grow into a Station Manager role.
We are an award-winning multi-platform station in a growing Midwest market. We are looking for someone to lead our motivated, experienced sales team through the evolving landscape of broadcast, digital and OTT. Our next GSM must be an excellent communicator, a creative thinker and have a willingness to learn. Fresh ideas and incredible people skills are a must.
Responsibilities include planning and directing all sales activities for our stations and digital media. The GSM will work in tandem with our Local and Regional Sales Managers, while keeping a laser focus on inventory management and political advertising. The successful candidate is a manager with at least 10 years of TV experience and an excellent track record in sales leadership, customer service, team development, planning, inventory management, pricing and financial results!
