The NSM will be responsible for directing the national sales efforts for the NBC/ABC/FOX & CW stations while working in concert with our Sales Management Team to grow our overall revenue. We seek an experienced sales professional who can oversee our Katz national rep firm offices to maximize revenue share, present special projects and sports, digital solutions and communicate with our agency clients in multiple offices. Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and drive national sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals and objectives working in concert with Sales Management team.
  • Lead the sales efforts at all offices with our partners at Katz Media.
  • Develop strong client relationships through travel and other communications.
  • Manage Inventory and rates to maximize stations revenue and share.
  • Participate in Local and Digital initiatives as needed and assigned by DOS.
  • Accurately forecast revenue for all stations for national and regional accounts.
  • Manage and execute the Political strategies and business for the stations.

    Specialized Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong leadership & team-building skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, communications, writing, negotiation, & presentation skills.
  • Must be well organized, display a professional demeanor, exude high energy and show attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with MS Office products required.
  • Experience with Wide Orbit Traffic, Strata, and Matrix is helpful.
  • A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of one (1) year of TV sales management experience preferred.
