Qualifications;

Good understanding of sales and marketing tools (Salesforce), methods, new technologies deployed on the internet.

Passion for sales, customer service.

Business or Marketing degree, or equivalent sales and marketing experience.

Supervision experience.

Must have excellent people skills

Job Responsibilities; (Reports to Sr. VP Sales & Marketing)

Oversees day to day sales activity of CCI sales personnel.

Assist CCI sales personnel in the development of sales presentations.

Monitors leads generated by CCI marketing, websites, call-in’s.

Tracks sales performance utilizing Salesforce software.

Tracks marketing performance, key word generation.

Works with CCI technology development team in monitoring status of new technology platforms, competitor’s offerings.

Tracks performance of consultants, outside marketing, sales agencies utilized by CCI.

Interface with Customer Care leadership to monitor CCI customer satisfaction and to find new, more efficient ways to service the customers.

Researches and recommends motivational offerings and tools for CCI sales team.

Develops on-going sales status, presentation status reports for CC leadership.

Compensation; Salary/Override commensurate to individual chosen and could approach 6 figures with performance achievement.
