&lt;li&gt;Work directly with Integrated Sales Planner (ISP) to develop consultative presentations and relevant proposals to meet customer needs 

&lt;P&gt;Client Relationships
&lt;li&gt;Solidify relationships with key agency and client personnel through face to face meetings and client entertainment 
&lt;li&gt;Ongoing communication with Integrated Sales Planner (ISP) to ensure client expectations are being met and develop additional advertising solutions for customers
&lt;li&gt;Serve as main point of contact with customer to resolve any outstanding finance, traffic or production issues. Includes traffic make goods and collections issues.
&lt;P&gt;Integrity Selling Process
&lt;li&gt;Schedule client meetings with upper management and super key accounts
&lt;li&gt;Work with ISP (Integrated Sales Planner) and LSM to create action plan for every target, key and super key account
&lt;li&gt;Client Needs Analysis, Client Demonstration, Client Validation, Client Negotiation

&lt;P&gt;Sales
&lt;li&gt;Prepare for weekly IBM (Individual Business meeting)
&lt;li&gt;Identify sales opportunities
&lt;li&gt;Enter activity in Sales Look as required 
„X&lt;li&gt;Resolve client issues
&lt;li&gt;Reach sales goals by selling on a client need¡¦s basis, all product lines including; Spot, Internet, ITV, VOD, Multicultural, and Premium Sports
&lt;li&gt;Utilize Integrated Sales templates for proposals to insure effective demonstration of products to fulfill client needs
&lt;li&gt;Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and conferences 
&lt;li&gt;Meet with active clients to deliver Customer Care reports on a monthly basis (includes detail reporting on all product lines)

&lt;P&gt;Minimum Requirements 
&lt;li&gt;2 years of experience in media sales or related high-activity sales position
&lt;li&gt;Bachelor¡¦s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business
&lt;li&gt;Must maintain valid driver¡¦s license

&lt;P&gt;Preferred Skills/Qualifications
&lt;li&gt;Strong written and oral communication skills
&lt;li&gt;Organized and detailed-oriented individual who can work independently
&lt;li&gt;Goal driven and has a passion for consultative client-needs based sales
