Ensure that commercials are aired in a timely and correct manner. 

&lt;P&gt;ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: 
Contribute to the Company vision of being the industry leader in customer service through
quality, commitment, courtesy and teamwork.
&lt;li&gt;Train and develop staff; manage and schedule personnel necessary to complete traffic and billing functions.
&lt;li&gt;Manage the inventory tracking and revenue reporting systems.
&lt;li&gt;Ensure effective communication between Sales and Client Services Departments to maintain proper notification of all issues relating to accurate completion of client´s schedules.
&lt;li&gt;Develop and implement procedures to ensure efficient department performance; evaluate and update periodically or as needed.
&lt;li&gt;Prepare departmental budget and ensure budgetary goals are met.
&lt;li&gt;Confirm completion of commercial schedules.
&lt;li&gt;Conduct audits to ensure that business policy checks are completed.
&lt;li&gt;Plan and implement processes to ensure the department´s ability to handle technological advancement in the industry and changing sales needs.
&lt;li&gt;Manage complex crisis resolution, set departmental and staff goals, and ensure efficient utilization of available tools.
&lt;li&gt;Perform other duties as requested by supervisor.

&lt;P&gt;PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Skills/Abilities and Knowledge;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to reach with hands and arms, to bend, to talk and hear, and to read and use a computer.
&lt;li&gt;Ability to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional and pleasant manner.
&lt;li&gt;Ability to use personal computer and software applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheet, etc.).
&lt;li&gt;Ability to use, handle, and manipulate objects such as paper, pencils, keyboards, and mouse.
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work independently. 
&lt;li&gt;Knowledge and ability to use the following office equipment: computer, telephone, copier, fax, calculator, and stapler. 
&lt;li&gt;Knowledge of cable television products and services.
&lt;li&gt;Strong working knowledge of Accounting theory and procedures.
&lt;li&gt;Knowledge of traffic and billing systems and related functions and terms.
&lt;li&gt;Ability to supervise and motivate others.
&lt;li&gt;Ability to prioritize and organize effectively.
&lt;li&gt;Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks.
&lt;li&gt;Vision ability: close vision, peripheral vision,  and ability to adjust focus.

&lt;P&gt;Education (level and type)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience

&lt;P&gt;Related work experience 4 years of                                                   
Client Services Experience.                                                                      
3 Years of Management Experience.                                                                          
10 years of Customer Service Experience.                                                                

&lt;P&gt;Certifications and/or Licenses
Valid driver´s license, satisfactory driving record within Company required standards, auto insurance and 
Notary Public.
